WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Consolidation and reporting across a large, multi-entity organization depend on getting this right — and this role sits at the center of it.
- Accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the close process don't happen by accident; they require someone who can drive discipline and hold the standard.
- As the business continues to evolve, scalable controls and rigorous process documentation have become mission-critical — not nice-to-haves.
- Leadership makes high-stakes decisions on the financial information this role produces, making timeliness and accuracy non-negotiable.
- Cross-functional gaps in the close process create real risk; this role exists to identify them, fix them, and keep them from coming back.
- Strong performance here has a direct and visible impact on the speed, quality, and credibility of corporate financial reporting.

- Experience improving close timelines, reporting accuracy, process flow, or team efficiency.
- Ability to operate hands-on while also thinking through broader process and business impact.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across accounting, finance, and operational stakeholders.
- Best fit for someone who enjoys technical reporting work but also wants exposure, ownership, and process improvement.
- CPA or advanced accounting credentials preferred, but strong hands-on consolidation and reporting experience is most important.
