Key Responsibilities
- Preparing organizations for capital markets transactions and regulatory reporting requirements
- Serving as a sounding board for accounting considerations during acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations
- Improving financial reporting processes and internal controls
- Advising on technical accounting matters and complex accounting treatments
- Assisting finance teams with special projects and high-priority initiatives

- Strong technical accounting background
- Experience supporting complex organizations
- Approximately 3–6 years of professional experience
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Ability to collaborate directly with client finance teams and key stakeholders

- Background in external audit within a large public accounting environment
- Approximately 3–6 years of professional experience
- Experience working with large or complex clients
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Ability to collaborate directly with client finance teams and key stakeholders
Candidate Considerations
- Senior Associate to Early Manager level candidates are generally the strongest fit
- Candidates with primarily the following backgrounds may find less alignment: Internal Audit, Corporate FP&A / Financial Planning, ERP / Systems Implementation, Tax-Focused Roles, Accounting Roles Exclusively Within Industry

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100K – $120K
- Guaranteed Bonus: 30% guaranteed for first 2 years (paid monthly)
- Total Guaranteed Compensation: $130K – $156K
- Additional bonus opportunities for travel and extra hours

- Relocation Assistance: $5K
Client Sponsorship
- Open to candidates located anywhere in the United States
- Flexible working arrangements based on project requirements
- Travel may be required depending on client engagements
- Accepting candidates requiring employer sponsorship for E‑3 visas, H‑1B1 new visas, and H‑1B transfers (with at least three years remaining)
- Open to TN sponsorship candidates
- As a reminder, all sponsorship candidates must reside in one of our 19 markets and cannot fall under NRW or NCT designations
