Key Responsibilities

• Preparing organizations for capital markets transactions and regulatory reporting requirements
• Serving as a liaison between client finance leadership and external auditors
• Supporting accounting considerations during acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations
• Improving financial reporting processes and internal controls
• Advising on technical accounting matters and complex accounting treatments
• Aiding finance teams with special projects and high-priority initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong technical accounting background
• Experience working with large or complex clients
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Ability to collaborate directly with client finance teams and key stakeholders

Role

This role is designed for professionals with a strong technical accounting background and experience supporting complex organizations. Candidates with primarily internal audit, corporate FP&A, ERP/systems implementation, tax-focused roles, or accounting roles exclusively within industry may find less alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100K – $120K
• Guaranteed Bonus: 30% guaranteed for first 2 years (paid monthly)
• Total Guaranteed Compensation: $130K – $156K
• Additional bonus opportunities for travel and extra hours
