About the role
To provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction or renovation projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lay Out Installation and Supervision of Exterior Metal Framing
- Extensive Knowledge of Metal Framing Requirements
- Hands-on experience helping punch out, move materials, etc.
- Cookbook: Coordinate workers, materials, and equipment
- Ensure project specifications are followed
- Work with different groups of sub-contractors
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in exterior framing
- Extensive knowledge of metal framing requirements
- Hands-on experience with metal framing
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Experience managing multiple projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- GC License Number: CGC1507337
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
