Exterior Cleaning Technician

Sparkle Squad is a growing exterior cleaning company that helps homeowners and businesses take pride in their properties through professional exterior cleaning services and exceptional customer experiences.

No problem. We'll provide the training. You bring the attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
• Perform window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior services
• Install and remove holiday lighting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
• Safely operate ladders, equipment, and professional cleaning tools
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Represent Sparkle Squad with professionalism and pride

Qualifications

Previous experience in exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, or customer service is a plus—but not required.

Pay

Starting at $18/hour + Tips + Performance Bonuses

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Overtime Opportunities Available
• Part-Time/Flexible (2–3 days per week to start) with Full-Time Growth Opportunities
