Responsibilities
- Answering all DriverTech messages and phone calls that come in during shift.
- Solving any breakdown and fuel issues that arise.
- Getting with the appropriate parties to resolve any issues that they are not able to resolve.
- Communicating, updating, responding, and swapping if needed.
- Producing: Swapping, planning sometimes, and communicating.
- Communicating and providing a detailed handoff to day shift that will empower day shift to resolve any residual issues.
- Solving any driver-related issues that arise during shift.
Requirements
- Multi-Tasking.
- Self-Motivation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Typing 35+ GWPM.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency is a must.

- Shift is 5 pm - 5 am; 3 nights a week and 6 hours 1 night a week.
Qualifications
- Reliable self-starter with a background in customer service, transportation, or other high stress and high-volume position.
