Express Technician

About the role

Atlanta Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Express Technician to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
• Provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and expertise to help repair and maintain vehicles to the highest factory and dealership standards
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Service Advisors regarding technical information about customer vehicles
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work, and accuracy of estimates and work orders
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations, including handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team-player" attitude
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and dealership experience
• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required

• Commitment to ensuring customers have a world-class service experience at every step of their ownership journey, particularly in vehicle repairs
• Excellence in providing unparalleled technical knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain vehicles to the highest factory and dealership standards
• Effective communication skills to clearly and accurately convey technical information about customer vehicles to Service Advisors
• Accountability for complying with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work, and ensuring accuracy of estimates and work orders
• Safety awareness and compliance with all relevant regulations and personal protective equipment requirements
