Express Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services—oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and multi‑point inspections—quickly and accurately.
• Complete repair orders accurately, documenting all work performed and parts used with precision.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations and timely updates.
• Stay current on Toyota‑recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift.
• Work efficiently on a flat‑rate structure—your speed and quality directly determine your earnings.
• Contribute to a team environment where consistency, accuracy, and care for the guest are the standard.

Requirements

• 1+ year of technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred; motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent hands‑on experience a plus.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures.
• Fast and accurate—able to maintain quality even when production speed matters.
• Comfortable using basic diagnostic and shop tools.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing hands‑on work throughout the shift.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Team‑first mindset—building skills alongside technicians who can help you grow.
