Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the customer and the service department.
• Schedule appointments.
• Review service history.
• Relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers.
• Provide accurate cost estimates.

Pay

Expected pay is $60,000‑90,000 per year.
