Express Lube Technician

Responsibilities

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations
• Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Identifying maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Working efficiently while maintaining Subaru quality standards
• Providing excellent service as part of a fast-paced team

Requirements

• Shows up on time and is ready to work every day
• Stays productive throughout the workday without constant supervision

• Maintains a professional attitude, even during busy days
• Has basic automotive knowledge or maintenance experience (preferred but not required)

This is an active, hands-on position. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and taking pride in completing quality work throughout the day.

Pay

Starting at $17.00/hour. Earn up to $18.00/hour during your first 90 days by completing paid Subaru training milestones. Additional advancement and compensation opportunities are available as you grow into leadership and technician roles.

Schedule

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Typical schedules are:

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break)

Our service department is also open on Saturdays from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Team members rotate Saturday shifts, receive a weekday off during those weeks, and lunch is provided every Saturday.
