Exposition Center Custodian (Part-Time)

About the role

Part-time custodial position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and functionality of the exposition center.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, rugs, walls, glass, and restrooms
• Restock supplies and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Move furniture as needed
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Report repairs and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum five years of custodial experience
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and facility maintenance
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning tools
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license required
