Export & Operations Flex Specialist

Shift: Afternoons, 12:00pm-8:30pm ET (with flexibility for business needs)
Sign on Bonus: $2,000
About the Role
The Operations Level II Associate will focus on exports and will process shipments and maintain the integrity of the product on a daily basis. They will receive shipments from the dispatch department and assure their correct handling by coordinating with dispatch the receiving of inbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Verify required shipment documentation
- Prepare master airway bills for both domestic and international shipments
- Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pickups
- Book shipments as required by carrier
- Cold chain management of shipments in all temperature ranges
- Create shipment documentation as necessary
- Mastery of international airlines, rates, and service restrictions
- Follow WorldStar sending instructions and action requests in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Experience with exports helpful
- Experience in dispatch helpful
- Demonstrate operational efficiency and shipment processing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills required

Pay
Full-time Salary Range: $37,900 - 54,120
This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale.
Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
