Key Responsibilities

• Review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLIs), and export declarations.
• Determine export filing requirements based on shipment value, commodity, destination, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit EEI filings through AES in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs), Schedule B classifications, license information, and other required export data.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations, including Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) and other applicable government agency requirements.
• Monitor filing queue and meet established productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• This position requires access to secured airport areas. Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, which includes passing a criminal history records check, fingerprinting, and meeting all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Candidates must be able to provide all documentation necessary to support the badging process.
