Inventory Agent (Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Research shipment status – across all US DHL Hubs and Gateways
• Respond to shipment-related emails
• Track deliveries and resolve shipping inquiries
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and vendors
• Processes requests for extensions, expiration, cancellation needed
• Communicates with cross functional teams to ensure shipments are resolved
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess time management skills
• Process shipments through various DHL systems (DCE, USE, Sherloc, HMS, ACA, ECIS, PRIM, as well as other DHL systems)

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• 1 year experience in transportation or customs clearance preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database and web-based applications
• Good oral and written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
