Essential Functions

• Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen
• Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks
• Finishing all plates
• Finishing and packaging all takeout orders
• Getting desserts together for the servers
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by manager

• Regularly uses hands to handle or feel
• Frequently stands and walks
• Specific vision abilities required include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus

Workplace Environment Conditions

• Kitchen Environment: Noise level is usually mild to moderate
• Working conditions involve noise, heat, changes in temperature, kitchen elements, odors, moisture, etc.
