Your day as an Expo/Host

As a new Expo/Host at The Howe, you will take center stage in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Your daily routine will include greeting patrons with a warm welcome and guiding them to their tables while managing seating arrangements to maintain a smooth flow. You will be the vital link between the front and back of the house, ensuring timely communication regarding orders and special requests. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area will be key, as will the ability to think on your feet in a bustling environment. Collaborating with your crew, you will help to enhance the overall guest experience, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every shift. You will also have opportunities to provide feedback to our kitchen team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
