About the role

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and perform various construction tasks in field operations
• Assist in project management activities such as site inspections, documentation, and coordination
• Support construction supervision by ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Contribute to support services by estimating, scheduling, managing logistics, and conducting surveys

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate heavy machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil construction preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
