Expert ServiceNow CMDB Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules in collaboration with service providers to enhance the quality of the CMDB in support of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) goals.
• Populate ZTA relevant attributes on Configuration Items (CIs).
• Work with other CMDB stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
• Create and schedule necessary discovery jobs.
• Maintain and update integrations as needed to accommodate data source changes.
• Support ZTA tasks by providing customer management required information to support basic and intermediate evolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Integration Hub, and Custom Development.
• Ability to Customize and configure ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Capability to build integrations utilizing REST/SOAP web services, JDBC/SQL.
• Understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience working as part of an Agile team utilizing JIRA to demonstrate completed work within sprints.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
