About the role

Bighorn Plumbing is seeking expert service plumbers who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80k–$150k+, performance-based pay, fully equipped vans, top-of-the-line tools, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences with professionalism
• Perform expert residential (and some commercial) service plumbing
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
• Handle water heaters, drain cleaning, and general repairs

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Skilled in troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
• Clear background check and MVR
• Physically capable of performing plumbing work

Qualifications

Must be able to work Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday from 8am–5pm on the job site. No on-call, nights, or weekends (Saturday optional).

• Physical stamina for plumbing tasks
