About the role

Deliver outstanding customer experiences with professionalism. Perform expert residential (and some commercial) service plumbing. Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems. Handle water heaters, drain cleaning, and general repairs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Skilled in troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
• Clear background check and MVR
• Physically capable of performing plumbing work

Pay

Earn $80k–$150k+ with base rate or performance pay (not commission). $2,500 sign-on bonus. Weekly pay and bonuses + annual bonus eligibility.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• 8–5 on the job site
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call (Saturday optional)
