Expert Opportunity - VP of Hospitality Operations ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced VPs of hospitality operations who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows, including property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.

Responsibilities

• Produce, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for hospitality and real estate workflows.
• Develop property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, and venue sourcing proposals.
• Create and refine event run-of-show schedules, banquet event orders, and guest experience service standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production.
• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization.
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and guest experience service standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
