Expert Opportunity - Hospitality Operations Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced hospitality operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows: property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for hospitality operations workflows.
• Focus on property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production.
• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization.
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
