Expert Opportunity - VP of Business Operations ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced VPs of business operations who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for VPs of business operations with 4+ years supporting C-suite executives at significant companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting. Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst. We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. The role is fully remote, work on your own schedule, start date ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
- Board meeting decks

Requirements
- 4+ years as a VP of business operations supporting C-level executives
- Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

$80/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
