Expert Opportunity - VP of Business Operations ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)
About the Role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced VPs of business operations who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for VPs of business operations with 4+ years supporting C-suite executives at significant companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
- Support core workflows including board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting
Requirements
- 4+ years as a VP of business operations, chief of staff, or BizOps lead supporting C-level executives
- Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmhip
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$80/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
