Expert Opportunity - Training Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced training managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Build engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
