Expert Opportunity - Training Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the Role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced training managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for training managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
- Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
