Expert Opportunity - Real Estate / Hospitality / Events Professional ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced real estate, hospitality, and events professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for specialists with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows: property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for real estate, hospitality, and events workflows
Requirements
- Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
- Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmhip, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
- Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
- Fully remote, work on your own schedule
