Expert Opportunity - Property Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced property managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. Candidates should have 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows:

• Property listing packages
• Lease abstract summaries
• Event run-of-show schedules
• Venue sourcing proposals
• Guest experience service standards
• Banquet event orders

Requirements

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
