Expert Opportunity - Production Operations Manager ($90/hr, up to $1,800/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced production operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Work with production capacity models
• Develop bill of materials packages
• Produce root cause failure analysis reports
• Create equipment maintenance schedules
• Develop quality control inspection checklists
• Create supplier qualification packages

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management
• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and the supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$90/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
