Expert Opportunity - Engineering / Manufacturing & Technical Ops ($90/hr, up to $1,800/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced engineering and manufacturing operations leaders who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as production capacity models, bill of materials packages, root cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes
- Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and the supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management
Pay
$90/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
