Expert Opportunity - Head of Guest Experience ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of guest experience who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for candidates with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:

• Property listing packages
• Lease abstract summaries
• Event run-of-show schedules
• Venue sourcing proposals
• Guest experience service standards
• Banquet event orders

Requirements

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
