Expert Opportunity - Head of People ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of people who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

About the role

We're looking for heads of people with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:

• Job descriptions and interview scorecards
• Offer letters and compensation rationale
• HR policy and handbook drafting
• Performance-review templates
• Candidate-feedback and rejection communications
• Headcount and compensation-band trackers

Requirements

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmhip, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
