Expert Opportunity - Customer Support Operations Manager ($75-$100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About the role
We're hiring support operations managers to author realistic support-infrastructure scenarios. You will contribute your professional expertise to a confidential AI research initiative focused on making AI assistants better at real enterprise work.
Typical work:
- Author scenarios involving tooling migrations, macro and workflow design, and deflection analysis;
- Demonstrate them;
- Grade AI outputs.
All work is remote, flexible (5-20 hours per week), and project-based.
