Expert Opportunity - Bid Director ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced bid directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
Responsibilities
- Lead RFP responses and orals presentations
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
- Develop RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides
Requirements
- 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
- Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
