Expert Opportunity - Bid Director ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced bid directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated RFP response documents
- Develop and assess orals presentation decks
- Craft and refine executive summaries and win themes
- Build and review compliance matrices
- Support pricing volume slide development
Requirements
- 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
- Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
