Expert Opportunity - Bid Director ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced bid directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows:

• RFP response documents
• Orals presentation decks
• Executive summary writing
• Win theme development
• Compliance matrices
• Pricing volume support slides

Requirements

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
