Expert Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) Analyst
About the role
The FSG Analyst is located at Fort Bragg, NC and supports JSOTFs engaged in combat operations worldwide. Duties include PED of remotely sensed data such as HSI/MSI, thermal/infrared imagery, EO imagery, SAR, and LiDAR.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform and conduct quality control of advanced level imagery and imagery derived MASINT analysis and processing using geospatial/imagery applications and related automation.
- Support Special Operations missions with regional and point analysis, developing detailed products to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze targeting methodology.
Requirements
- Senior Full Spectrum Geoint Analyst with 8+ years of progressive experience in PED of remotely sensed data including HSI/MSI, thermal/infrared imagery, EO imagery, SAR, and LiDAR.
- Demonstrated experience with emerging FSG processes and technologies to fuse multiple discipline datasets.
- Advanced knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within OGC compliant applications and databases.
- Expert knowledge of sensor phenomenology and their application towards tactical intelligence problems.
Preferred Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Remote Sensing, Imaging Science, Applied Mathematics).
- Advanced knowledge of FSG techniques supporting the F3EA targeting cycle.
- Expert knowledge of computer scripting languages such as Python, Java Script, HTML, R, or SAS.
- Basic knowledge of geospatial and terrain analysis and cartographic concepts.
