Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst

Essential Job Functions

• Support mission‑critical intelligence operations through imagery and geospatial analysis.
• Develop geospatial intelligence products.
• Apply advanced GEOINT tradecraft and tools.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility.
• Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within 90 days of starting employment.
• Ability to travel globally without restrictions.
• At least five (5) years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience (may be supplemented by a relevant degree per J‑02 experience points calculation).
• At least three (3) years of recent IMINT/GEOINT operational experience obtained within the last three (3) years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Intelligence Studies, or a related discipline.
• Completion of a certified imagery schoolhouse, military, or equivalent program.
• Functional experience using ArcGIS or a similar geospatial analysis platform.
• Experience working with multimodal imagery.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to conduct in‑depth analysis and communicate findings effectively.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a mission‑focused team.

Desired Skills

• Current or recent experience supporting the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA), preferably with an IC contractor badge and CAC.
• More than five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery and/or geospatial product development.
• GPC certification.
• Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS and related geospatial analysis tools.
• Experience with SOM tools.
• Ability to start immediately.
