About the role

As a GEOINT Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the warfighters and protecting national security by developing and validating intelligence products. Your expertise in various collection platforms and methodologies will enable you to contribute to efficient analytic strategies and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate intelligence products using GEOINT and other sources like SIGINT, ELINT, and MASINT.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and implement the most effective analytic strategies for acquiring and understanding required data.
  • Apply imagery analysis tradecraft to refine collection strategies and analytic approaches for targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, and IC stakeholders.
  • Provide time-critical recommendations under pressure, leveraging your experience and knowledge of real-time missions and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Experience with Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, or dissemination processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies and processes across multiple systems to achieve mission objectives.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern covering round-the-clock missions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptable to real-time missions and dynamic request handling.
  • Understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications.
  • Ability to leverage existing applications and provide input into the development of new applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Rotating shift pattern covering round-the-clock missions.
