Geospacial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst

NTT DATA is seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role supports newly established national task forces focused on dismantling transnational criminal organizations, disrupting illicit supply chains, and preventing the movement of synthetic drugs into the U.S. through integrated intelligence and operational planning.

About the role

The task forces integrate multidisciplinary support across criminal analysis, forensic accounting, cyber reconnaissance, data analytics, GEOINT/mapping, and strategic communications. As a GEOINT Analyst, you will analyze diverse data holdings to support real-time intelligence sharing and global interdiction efforts, including:

• Mobile communication data
• Law enforcement investigative data
• Cartel distribution locations
• Social media
• Commercial satellite imagery
• Trade and import/export data
• International business registry data
• Visa holdings and travel records
• Commercial cargo data
• Clandestine lab locations
• Ad-tech and financial data
• Maritime partnership data
• Foreign law-enforcement and intelligence community holdings

Responsibilities

• Perform geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis in support of federal law enforcement or intelligence operations using ArcGIS, including geospatial data management, map creation, spatial analysis, and integration of multiple geospatial data sources.
• Apply GEOINT tradecraft to identify, visualize, and assess patterns related to transnational crime, illicit trade, drug trafficking, human smuggling/trafficking, financial networks, and other investigative priorities.
• Develop geospatial intelligence products that support case development, operational planning, surveillance activities, field operations, and investigative decision-making.
• Analyze satellite imagery, aerial imagery, open-source geospatial data, and law-enforcement databases to generate actionable intelligence.
• Create geospatial visualizations and analytical overlays to assist agents and analysts in identifying routes, networks, infrastructure, border movement, or geographic indicators tied to criminal activity.
• Utilize additional GEOINT or imagery tools such as Google Earth, ESRI extensions, or similar platforms commonly employed in federal investigations.
• Communicate geospatial findings clearly through written reports, briefings, and data visualizations for investigative teams, leadership, and interagency partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience performing geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis in support of federal law enforcement or intelligence operations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or six years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree).
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with investigative support to law enforcement agencies.

Pay

The starting pay range for this role is $72,000 - $108,000. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. Temporary positions are not eligible for incentive compensation.
