Expert Client Advisor, Fine Jewelry

About the Role

Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor for Fine Jewelry to join its team. Our Expert Client Advisors are ambassadors to the brand, with a special focus on a category, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their every need, and to guide them across the brand. We deliver the best client experience and convey passion for the product in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the “go to” person in store for any needs related to selling and clienteling techniques specific to the Fine Jewelry category.
• Partner with your Manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching.
• Assist in observing the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce the product category.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling options.
• Develop and maintain product expertise in Fine Jewelry.
• Drive the Fine Jewelry business in-store.
• Lead product training and new launches.
• Focus on client development.

Requirements
