Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $43,700, depending on experience

- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

What You Will Do
- Plan and execute OU events and experiences, including ribbon-cutting ceremonies, tailgates, graduation ceremonies, receptions, dinners, lecture series, luncheons, and other events.
- Achieve alignment of events with the University's mission and branding.
- Maintain excellent communication with University clients regarding event details.
- Satisfy clients.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12 months experience in event planning and coordination, outreach or public relations.
Required Certifications And Licenses
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date
