The role routinely works in all weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme wind, rain, cold, heat, etc. - Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position that typically works a 14 day on/7 days off rotation. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work (including holidays) as job duties demand. - License & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; Class A or B CDL, preferred - Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; Previous workover experience preferred Benefits: - Competitive Wages - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Short-Term Disability - Retirement Plan with company match Pay: $30-35 per hour Schedule: Not explicitly given? There's Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 14 day on/7 days off rotation, long hours, weekend work. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that content. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role? The first sentence: "A Workover Rig Derrickhand is responsible for all activities conducted from an elevated position in the rod basket or tubing board." That's a brief description. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe combine Required Skills? The posting has "Required Skills" list. Could map to Requirements or Skills. The instruction says use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: short description. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe the "Required Skills" list? Or maybe "Qualifications" includes education/experience/license. But we have separate Qualifications heading. So Requirements could be the "Required Skills" list (must be able to...). Or we could treat Requirements as the list of must-haves (skills, physical, etc). We'll put Required Skills under Requirements. - Skills: maybe we could also have a Skills section for soft skills? But we already used Required Skills. Could we split? The posting only has one list of skills/abilities. We could put that under Skills and leave Requirements empty? But we must not emit empty sections. So we need to decide which heading to use for that list. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine similar content. Perhaps we put the list under Skills, and Requirements could be omitted. But we need to see if there is any content for Requirements besides the list. The posting includes "Qualifications" section with subpoints: Work Environment, Position Type/Expected Hours of Work, License & Certifications, Education & Experience. That's definitely Qualifications. Thus we can map: - About the role: first sentence. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Skills: Required Skills list. - Qualifications: Work Environment, Position Type/Expected Hours of Work, License & Certifications, Education & Experience. - Benefits: list. - Pay: $30-35 per hour. - Schedule: maybe we can include Position Type/Expected Hours of Work under Schedule instead of Qualifications? But we already used that for Qualifications. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have schedule info (14 day on/7 days off). That's specific. So we need a Schedule section. We could move the Position Type/Expected Hours of Work to Schedule, and keep Qualifications for Education & Experience, License & Certifications, Work Environment? But Work Environment is also part of Qualifications originally. However we could keep Qualifications for Education & Experience and License & Certifications, and maybe Work Environment could go under About the role? But Better to keep Qualifications as Education & Experience and License & Certifications, and Schedule for rotation/hours, and Work Environment maybe under About the role? However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine Work Environment into About the role or Qualifications. Let's think. We have many possible sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Could be okay. We need to decide content for each: About the role: Could include the first sentence plus maybe work environment? But we might keep it short. Responsibilities: list of duties. Skills: list of required skills (fast-paced, punctual, organizational, teamwork, lift 75lbs, communication, drug test, background check, transportation). Qualifications: Education & Experience (HS diploma or equivalent, previous workover experience preferred) and License & Certifications (Valid Driver's License; Class A or B CDL preferred). Could also include Work Environment? But we might put Work Environment under About the role or separate? Since we have Schedule separate, we could put Work Environment under About the role as a sentence: "The job operates in an outside environment. The role routinely works in all weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme wind, rain, cold, heat, etc." Benefits: list. Pay: $30-35 per hour. Schedule: "This is a full-time position that typically works a 14 day on/7 days off rotation. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work (including holidays) as job duties demand." Now check if any content duplicated: We must not repeat job title as heading (we aren't). No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like "This job description is not designed to cover..." etc. Remove that. Also remove "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Remove EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
