Experienced Utility

Responsibilities

• Assist all levels of service with highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, and efficient support.
• Clean and clear tables in the dining area.
• Work closely with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience.
• Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Scrape dishes, separate silverware, and stack dishes in the dishwasher area.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of the restaurant.
• Clean up spilled food or drink, broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and fast manner.
• Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and proper personal hygiene.
• Work as a team with all Boketto personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service.
• Other duties as directed.

Skills

• Knowledge of proper etiquette for table clearing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to organize and multi-task.

Pay

$15 per hour base salary.

Schedule

This is an hourly paid position with varying days and hours based on business needs. The restaurant operates seven days a week, with shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM and ending as late as 2:00 AM.
