Responsibilities

  • Act as a relief operator during breaks for other team members.
  • Operate a forklift (certification preferred).
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping in the immediate work area.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and all plant policies.
  • Participate in recycling programs by baling cardboard and bottles.
  • Handle and manipulate various packaging components (e.g., sprayers, bottles, caps).
  • Assist in other areas as assigned by a supervisor.
  • Work unsupervised and adhere to health, safety, and GMP regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to visually concentrate and listen intensely for extended periods.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, and reach consistently for eight hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
  • Tolerance for potential exposure to unpleasant odors, high noise levels, and a variety of chemicals.
