Experienced Truss Builder

Responsibilities

• Read and understand set-up sheets.
• Position position plates properly.
• Operate gantry.
• Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.
• Verify truss set up is accurate.
• Perform daily operator maintenance.
• Maintain 100% crew efficiency.
• Mark individual trusses when required.
• Train Builder Associates.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write in their primary language.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm.
• Overtime & occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Biweekly pay.

Pay

• Non experienced: $18/hr + Overtime (Time and a half) + potential monthly bonuses.
• Experienced truss builders could qualify for higher pay commensurate with experience.
