About the role
We're hiring experienced A/B certified automotive technicians and transmission repair/replacement technicians at our busy Hertrich Elkton Ford location. Not a Ford Master Tech? We can help you convert your training.
Pay
Top pay with aggressive pay plans and bonuses (sign-on bonus may apply with certifications).

5-day work week (closed Sundays for work/life balance).

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles (electrical, engine, suspension, brakes, emissions, etc.)
- Perform transmission repair and replacement efficiently and accurately
- Use diagnostic equipment and shop tools safely
- Perform routine inspections, services, and lubrication
- Repair automobiles and light/heavy-duty trucks
- Stay updated on new automotive technologies
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
- Transmission repair/replacement experience a plus
- ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Automotive diagnostics experience required
- Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Full set of tools
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
