About the Team
The punch worker is often the last person from our company to touch a project. Experience matters here. The best punch workers know when a repair needs five minutes, when it needs an hour, and when touching it without a better plan will only create more work. We pay for skill, judgment, professionalism, and quality—not excuses. If you’ve spent years learning the trade, still take pride in the details, and are ready for a role that’s less about setting tile all day and more about using what you’ve learned, we’d like to meet you.
