Experienced Table Games Dealer (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
- Puts company assets in safekeeping by dealing assigned games correctly and accurately.
- Maintains a positive demeanor while handling customer transactions for “buy-ins”, “color-up” and markers.
- Verifies fills and credits to the games and notifies table games supervisors of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift.
- Takes losing bets, pays winning bets according to established dealing rules and procedures.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by developing friendly, professional relationships with guests.
- Deals games in compliance with all gaming regulations and maintains a game pace that is acceptable for both the guest and the company.
- Willing and able to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Knowledgeable about marketing promotions and events, promoting business and company’s marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of Dealers School or six (6) months of experience as a dealer with at least two (2) high-volume, main games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.) required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Working knowledge of all Table Games and payouts.
- Ability to create a fun and entertaining gaming experience.
- Proficient math skills.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania gaming regulations.
- Certified in alcohol awareness (TIPS).
- Knowledge of problem Gambling and CPR.
- Knowledge of Title 31 and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Regular & predictable attendance.
- Excellent guest service skills.
Qualifications

Pay
Starting Salary: $6.50 per hour
