Experienced Solar Installer

About the role

We are looking for experienced Solar Installers to join our installation team in Hicksville, NY. If you thrive working on roofs and have a passion for solar energy, we have a place for you.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Comfort with heights and roof work.
• Deep respect for safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
• Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Commitment to 40+ hour work weeks.
